Terrence Pratt was a United States Senator with ties to James Bennett's past.
Character Profile
An arrogant man, Terrence Pratt was James Bennett's biggest rival. He turned out to be a corrupt cop, who could apparently prove James was corrupt. However, the corrupt senator tries to shoot Bennett who returns it, eventually killing Pratt. Bennett then frames Peter who is arrested for murder while he escapes from New York.
